In our third year, Frost Lacrosse is excited to announce we’re traveling to New Jersey, Delaware, Colorado and Illinois this summer season! We’ll also be adding a second winter traveling season.
In addition to our two traveling seasons, Frost will host the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Coaches’ Clinic March 24th and the Notre Dame Lacrosse Skills Camp June 11th-13th.
We invite you to join us for what we’re confident will be Frost’s best year yet! Contact Heather Brick with questions at

Frost Coaching Philosophy
Regardless of age & experience, we expect our players to give us their most, as we do for them. Whether we are working with second graders who are holding a lacrosse stick for their first time, or collegiate athletes who have played since the second grade, we have three rules which we take very seriously. It is with these three rules our teams have all become very competitive, and our girls highly skilled players.
1) Have fun!
That’s why we started playing lacrosse and why we coach it; it’s a fun sport.
2) Ask Questions!
In fact ask as many questions as you can about anything and everything you can think of. This rule is applicable both on and off the field.
3) Make Mistakes!
Under this pretense we encourage everyone, regardless of skill level, to drop the ball and try things they haven’t mastered yet. We’ve seen with unconditional support, our girls improve more quickly than the players who fear missing the ball.
With this combination we’ve found great success, with the Frost and the numerous other teams we work with, both in terms of developing our girls into confident young ladies, and extremely talented lacrosse players.
